温州经济发展面临的挑战

  摘  要
 
 自改革开放以来，温州经济率先起步，一度成为全省乃至全国经济发展的排头兵。但是近年来却出现了越来越多的对温州经济、温州模式的争议和质疑，甚至出现了温州经济面临终结的言论。本文为此通过对温州经济发展的状况的分析，试图分析之所以温州发展的现状会引起人们疑虑的原因。文章从首先从块状经济的特点出发，分析温州块状经济引起的资本流失，导致温州产业有空心化倾向；其次，从麦金农金融抑制理论出发，阐述金融抑制对温州经济发展带来的制约。因此温州经济发展过程中出现的问题跟温州的产业结构、传统文化等有关。为解决温州经济发展中的问题，文章最后提出了几点建议。

ABSTRACT

Since the reform and opening-up began, Wenzhou economy development took the lead in the province and even in the country. However, in recent years there has been more and more controversies and queries on economy of Wenzhou, or even the opinions that Wenzhou economy is going to end. Hence, this paper attempts to analyze the reason why the status quo of Wenzhou development will be considered through the analysis of Wenzhou's situation of the economic development. The paper starts with the characteristics of massive economy to analyse the capital flight caused by massive economy that results the tendency of industries hollow in Wenzhou economy. Then, based on McKinnon's theory of financial rep ression, the paper illustates financial restraint on economic development in Wenzhou. Therefore, Wenzhou's problems of economic development are concerning with the industrial structureand the traditional culture. To address the issue of economic development in Wenzhou, several suggestions are concluded at the end of this paper.
