桐乡市中小企业外贸现状及对策分析

摘  要

   桐乡市地处浙江省，是中国杭白菊之乡、中国羊毛衫之乡，较早形成市场，孕育了众多的中小企业。在改革开放春风吹拂下，桐乡中小企业不但在国内市场站稳了脚跟，而且在国际市场不断拓宽业务并取得了出色的成绩。桐乡中小企业发展外贸有其自身优势，但也人才短缺、融资能力差、缺少品牌等问题，加之国际金融危机的背景，中小企业发展外贸面临严峻的挑战。
 本文借鉴国内外专家对区域中小企业的研究方法和经验，在考察桐乡中小企业对外贸易的基本现状、特点及所存在的阻碍因素的基础上，有针对性地提出一些建议。

ABSTRACT

 Tongxiang, which is the hometown of chrysanthemum product and the knitted sweater, located in Zhejiang Province .In the early years Tongxiang has formed a market of these products and has cultivated numerous small and medium-sized enterprises. With the contribution of Chinese Policy “reform and opening up”, the enterprises in Tongxiang not only maintain a stable station in domestic market but also made an excellent performance in increasing competed world market. Although the small and medium-sized enterprises own their special advantages, they also faced to a lot of problems such as lacking of professional, the shortage of financial capacity and short of local brands ,furthermore, the finance crisis make the detrimental influences and challenges to these enterprises.
 In my article ,I will present some effective advices ,which based on the analysis and experience from the foreign professors and domestic experts in regional economic, after exploring the basic situation of local industry companies via considering the characteristics of small and medium -sized enterprises and negative elements.
