我国民营影视公司引入私募股权投资的SWOT分析

摘  要

 随着我国电影行业的快速发展，国内几家优秀的大型民营影视公司开始尝试与私募股权投资携手完善自身的组织结构、企业管理及运营模式。私募股权投资作为资本市场融资渠道的一种，它的作用和功能都不可忽视，但结合目前我国资本市场以及国内政策、法律法规的实际情况，要充分发挥私募股权投资对民营影视公司的作用仍面临一些问题。本文采用SWOT分析法讨论了我国民营影视公司引入私募股权投资的优势、劣势、机会和威胁，并对私募股权投资和民营影视公司如何实现双赢提出建议。

ABSTRACT

 With the fast development of our private pictures companies, several excellent large-scale domestic private picture companies cooperate with PE to improve their organizational structure, corporate governance and operating mode. PE is a kind of financing channel, it has an important role at the capital market. However, with the current capital markets, as well as China's domestic policies, laws and regulations, PE should give full play to the private picture companies is still facing some problems. This paper uses the SWOT method to analyze the strength, weakness, opportunity and threaten. Then make recommendations for the win-win results between PE and private picture companies.
