浅谈附海小家电产业链整合

摘  要

 附海是慈溪乃至全国有名的家电制造强镇。在当今同行竞争激烈，市场形势转变的环境下急需转变竞争策略，寻找新的发展方向。文章借用产业链整合的相关理论，从存在问题和整合作用两个方面，对附海小家电进行了初步分析；接着从客观方面和主观方面，进一步分析了附海小家电产业链整合的实现模式。提出“直根系植物型”整合模式。

ABSTRACT

 Fuhai is a famous town of electrical home appliances in cixi and even in Chain. It cried to shift its competitive strategies and find a new development in today’s competitive environment. This article quote the theory of integration to analyse existing problems and integrating advantage of electrical home appliances in Fuhai; then make a further analyses of intergration model from the objective and subjective aspects. At last Draw a conclusion of “the root plants type" integrated mode.
