浙江产业集聚的实证研究

摘  要

 浙江是市场经济的前沿阵地，产业集群是极具浙江特色的经济现象，也是多年来浙江经济一直保持快速增长的主要原因之一，非常值得研究。在产业集聚进程中，浙江中小企业形成了独特的优势，积累了大量的发展经验，但同时也积累了很多问题。笔者试图以绍兴纺织行业为例，通过分析浙江产业集聚发展的现状和存在的问题，提出我省产业集聚发展的具体对策，推动我省产业集群的持续、稳定和健康发展，保持有力的竞争优势。
 全文共分五章。第一章引言部分阐述了选题的背景和意义，本文研究方法、目的。第二章为主要阐述基本概念和基本理论，包括产业集聚的定义，集聚的特征与作用，指出了国内外相关学者对此的相关理论研究并在研究基础上得出的衡量指标。第三章介绍浙江产业集聚的基本情况，分析产业集聚的影响因素及存在的问题，并实例分析了浙江产业集聚的其中一模块——绍兴的纺织业。通过联系第三章中提出的浙江产业集聚存在的问题，第四章中提出推动浙江产业集聚发展的具体策略，包括从企业、政府、政策层面分析发展对策。第五章为总结。
 本文的创新之处在于：从宏观角度分析我省产业集聚的基本情况，将产业集聚作为一个整体进行研究，而不是以企业的视角进行分析，认为产业集聚的发展受劳动力、自然资源和政府制度政策的影响。另外本文注重对绍兴纺织业的实证分析，以绍兴发达的轻工业为典型案例来论证整个浙江的产业集聚。
 本文也还存在许多不足之处，如理论研究框架已经建立，但还是比较粗糙，没有相应的数据模型；实证研究部分，由于资料获取的有限，对绍兴的实证研究不是很彻底全面，对整个的研究结果说服力也不是很强。

 ABSTRACT

 Zhejiang has been an important area to transition market economy and has received great success. Industrial agglomeration has also become an exclusively special phenomenon of Zhejiang economy, which is also an important element to the rapid development of Zhejiang economy. So it really deserves a careful research. In the process of industrial agglomeration, sodium and small enterprises form unique advantages, accumulating abundant experiences, but also problems. In the process of agglomeration, Zhejiang agglomeration has accumulated abundant experience, forming its own characteristic as well as emerging some problems. By analyzing current issues, we put forward specific measures to promote the development of industrial agglomeration in Zhejiang, pushing a healthy, stable and lasting development of its economy, maintaining a favorable position in the competition   of   economy.
  There are five chapters in the passage. The first chapter illustrates the background and the meaning of the topic. The next chapter mainly exposites basic concept and theory, including characteristic and functions .The third part introduces agglomeration in Zhejiang Province, analyzing effective changes and existing problems. This part also analyzes textile in Shaoxing. By associating the ahead three sectors, the forth chapter put forward specific strategies in the aspects of government and enterprises. The last chapter is the conclusion part.
  The passage has its own innovations. It analyzes basic situation of Zhejiang agglomeration as a unity in a macro perspective, instead of the view of an enterprise. Besides, the passage emphasize on the empirical research of textile industry in Shaoxing district.
  There are also shortcomings. Although theoretical framework has been established, it is not comprehensive. Besides, in the empirical part , analyzing of Shaoxing textile is not thorough so the research result is not satisfactory and persuasive.
