结构视角的国际钾肥贸易及中国对策

摘  要

 钾肥是农业生产中经常使用的化肥之一。中国的钾肥生产十分的短缺，难以满足国内市场的需求，不得不从国际市场大量进口。而国际钾肥市场是典型的寡头垄断市场，寡头们对于钾肥的价格具有很强的控制权，给中国的钾肥进口贸易带来很大的难度，同时对于中国的农业发展造成了很大的影响。本文从市场结构的视角对国际钾肥贸易进行分析，以有利于我国采取必要的措施，最终改善钾肥的进口贸易。
 本文共分为五章，首先是导论和文献综述，其次介绍国际钾肥现状，然后从市场结构的角度分析国际钾肥贸易，最后是本文的结论和对策建议。
 本文通过实证和理论研究发现以下结果：一，国家层面的国际钾肥市场是高寡占Ⅱ型的市场。加拿大、俄罗斯、白俄罗斯和德国是国际钾肥市场的主要寡头。其中加拿大是最具有市场势力的国家；白俄罗斯的RCA指数最高。 二，公司层面的国际钾肥市场也是寡头垄断的市场。白俄罗斯钾肥公司(BPC) 、Canpotex公司、德国农业化学公司（K+S）和俄罗斯国际钾肥公司(IPC)是主要的市场寡头。白俄罗斯钾肥公司(BPC) 和Canpotex公司控制着国际钾肥的供给。三，国际钾肥市场的寡头垄断局面存在已久，并且在长期内不会改变。

 ABSTRACT

 Potash is an important fertilizer in agricultural production .China's potash fertilizer production is difficult to meet domestic market demand so it has  to import from the international market. But the international potash market is a typical oligopolistic markets, oligarchs has a strong control over the price of potash fertilizer. It has not only brought China's potash fertilizer import trade  great difficulties, but also caused a great impact for China's agricultural development. This article analysis  the international potash trade from the perspective of  market structure to help China take the necessary measures  to ultimately improve the import trade in potash.          This paper is divided into five chapters, the first is an introduction and literature review, followed by introducing the world potash trade from the perspective of market structure, and the last is the conclusion and the countermeasures.         In this paper, empirical and theoretical research found the following results: First , the international potash market is high oligopoly  type Ⅱ market on the national level. Canada, Russia, Belarus, Germany are the main  oligopolies. Canada  has the  most market power, while Belarus has the highest RCA index. Second,  the international potash market is also an oligopoly market on the corporate level. BPC, Canpotex, K + S and IPC are major market oligopolies. BPC and Canpotex control the supply of the international potash. Third, the international potash market is an oligopoly markert which has existed for a long time, and will not change in the long term.
