中国能源需求的影响因素及预测研究——产业结构、经济增长和人口结构

 摘  要

 我国能源需求量和供给量之间存在很大缺口，即供不应求局势加大。通过分析显示，我国产业结构、经济增长和人口结构拉动了我国能源的需求。调整产业结构上，我国要发展高效、低耗能产业，改进技术并得到创新；从长期看，我国经济的持续增长对能源消费具有很强的依赖性，低效、高耗能的能源发展是我国目前经济迅速增长的必然条件。为了更好行使可持续发展策略必须建立资源节约型国民经济体系和资源节约型社会；人口结构的变化对能源需求有着明显影响。从自然增长率、出生人口性别比、乡村人口城镇化、老龄化进程这四个主要人口结构进行定量分析，并通过建立状态转移模型、BP模型对人口规模进行预测。应用弹性系数法和人均能耗法预测中国能源需求量。

Analysis of factors influence energy demand and study for forecast——industry structure, economic growth and demographic structure

ABSTRACT

 There is a great gap between energy demand and energy supply, namely demand more than supply. The factors of industry structure、economic growth and demographic structure have been enlarging the energy demand in China. High efficiency and low Consumed Energy Behavior of industry need developed, also technology need improve and innovate; for the long run, economic growth increasingly depend on energy consumption, but low efficiency and high consumed energy behavior of energy development is necessary to economic growth quickly at present. To carry out strategies of sustainable development need set up resources economy type society and energy saving type economy system; energy demand is influenced by the change of demographic structure. The study for Quantitative Analysis of primary demographic structure, including Rate of Natural Increase，Birth Sex Ratio，Rural Urbanization and Population Aging. Simultaneity, by State Transfer Model and BP Model forecast the population scope in China. Using elasticity of energy consumption and Energy Consumption Per Capita forecast the energy demand in China.
