范文编号:GM776 范文字数:12774.页数:19 附任务书,开题报告,文献综述,外文翻译 摘 要 新劳动法的实施,对企业来讲是一次大的考验。这种考验是在国际贸易壁垒不断增加的大背景之下开展的,不论企业如何应对,根本的在于企业如何适应新劳动法,解决企业发展面临的诸多问题。新劳动法下企业生产成本增加、人力资源成本增加、劳工保护程度加大等,这些都是企业必须面临的现实问题。笔者之所以选择研究企业应对新劳动法,并不是寻找规避法律的空子,而是如何更好的促使企业适应新劳动法带来的变化。笔者的文章从产业结构、人力资源成本、劳动者权益保护方面来分析企业如何试用新劳动法,并从经济成本的对比中抉择出企业未来发展之路。虽然本文可能存在这样或那样的不足,但希望它能起到抛砖引玉的作用。 ABSTRACT The new labour law, in terms of business was a big test. This test is in the ever-international trade background,how to deal with the fundamental business is to adapt to the new labour law .These are enterprises that must face the reality of the problem. The reason why students choose to study the new labour law enterprises, is not looking for loopholes to circumvent the law, but how better to adapt to the new labour law . The passage of the student analyses how the corporation use the new Labour Law in industry structure, the cost of the manpower resource and the labourers’ rights and interests. And it also chooses the way that the corporation will develop from the comparison of the economy cost.Although this may exist under way or another, but hope that it can play a role.
