浙江产业集群竞争优势分析——以中小企业为例

内 容 摘 要

 产业集群是现代经济中一类重要的产业间新的组织形式，其强劲的竞争优势成为了国家或地区竞争力的重要来源。产业集群也是浙江省产业发展的主要模式，是在开放的环境中自发形成的。在浙江，中小企业产业集群所形成的块状经济及其创造的“经济奇迹”以其令人信服的实证展示了产业集群的神奇。文章分析了浙江中小企业集群形成的原因，概括了浙江以中小企业为基础、特色企业为主体、基于专业化分工和协作建立起来的产业集群的特点及优势，最后针对浙江产业集群存在的问题提出了浙江产业集群可持续发展的几点建议。

THE ANALYSIS OF ZHEJIANG INDUSTRIAL CLUSTERS COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE
——TAKE SMES FOR EXAMPLE
 
 ABSTRACT

 Industry Cluster is an important new form of organization among industry in modern economy, and its driving predominance makes it become a main source of competitiveness of countries or regions. Industry Cluster also is the main mode of industrial development in Zhejiang Province, which comes into being spontaneously in an open environment. In Zhejiang, massive economic and "economic miracle" which are created by SMES clusters show the amazing power of industry cluster with convictive facts. The article analyzes the causes of SMES clusters in Zhejiang Province, and generalizes the characteristics and advantages of industrial clusters in Zhejiang, which bases on the SMEs and the specialization dividing work and cooperation, and takes the characteristic enterprises as its main body. Finally，according to the problems exist, suggestions are given on the sustainable development of Zhejiang Industrial Clusters.
