人民币汇率机制改革对我国商业银行的影响

摘  要
 完善人民币汇率机制改革是深化经济金融体制改革、健全宏观调控体系的重要内容，同时汇率新机制的实施对商业银行的经营机制和风险管理提出了新要求，带来了新挑战。
 本文主要分析了人民币升值之后对我国商业银行经营中的汇率风险、资产负债、外汇存贷、进出口结算业务、资本充足率等产生的影响，要求商业银行在经营机制和风险管理中提出基本的应对策略和规避汇率风险的措施。

 The Effect of Shifting RMB Exchange Rate Mechanism on Chinese Commercial Banks

 
 ABSTRACT

 The perfect Renminbi exchange rate mechanism reform is the deepening economical monetary system reform and control system important content. Simultaneously the exchange rate new mechanism implementation proposed to commercial bank's management mechanism and the risk management the new request, has brought the new challenge.
 This article has mainly analyzed the Renminbi revaluation manages to our country commercial bank the exchange rate risk, the property and the debt, the foreign exchange saves the loan, the import and export settles accounts the service and so on the influence which produces, the request commercial bank in the management mechanism and the risk management proposed basic should  dodges the exchange rate risk to the strategy measure.
