摘  要

作为工业的牙齿，涂附磨具行业近几年在中国经济的带动下取得了飞速发展,但是由于我国涂附磨具行业机制不完善的原因，同时也存在着诸如市场无序竞争，高档产品供需矛盾，企业人才流失与人才封闭并存，进出口比例及进出口单价比失衡等问题，应该通过提高产品质量，改进产业结构及产品结构，产研结合等多种途径加以解决。
