第三方支付平台金融风险分析及防范对策

摘　要

    第三方支付平台的出现在一定程度上缓解了目前电子商务的支付瓶颈问题，促进了电子商务的发展，但同时也为新的市场秩序构建和业务规范发展带来了新的课题。本文展开对第三方支付行业金融风险分析及防范对策问题的讨论，目的是对第三方支付有更清晰的认识，以促进对支付行业的关注和协调发展。
 本文分为四个部分，第一部分主要介绍了第三方支付平台的现状；在此基础上，第二部分主要对第三方支付平台的资金沉淀风险做出分析，并提出相应的监管制度建议；第三部分在分析第三方平台的非法套现风险的基础上提出三点建议；第四部分首先说明了电子商务对税收所产生的影响，就此分析了第三方支付平台所面临的财税风险，并提出了针对税收问题的治理建议。

Abstract

 The third-party payment platform in the extent of e-commerce relief payment, and promote the bottleneck problem of e-commerce development, but also for the new building and regulate the market order, a new subject development. Based on the third-party industry financial risks and preventive measures, the purpose is to discuss the problem of third-party payment is more clear understanding, to promote the industry to pay attention and coordinated development.
 This paper will be divided into four parts, the first part of the third-party payment platform are mainly introduced the status quo. On this basis, the second part of the third-party payment platform to make analysis, risk capital precipitation and puts forward the corresponding suggestion; the supervision system, The third part is in the analysis of third-party platform based on the risk taking illegal author puts forward three Suggestions, The fourth part of the e-commerce taxation, the influence of the third-party payment platform, analyzed the fiscal risk faced, and puts forward some Suggestions for tax issues.
