第三方支付浅析

摘　要

 随着互联网技术的进一步普及，我国的网上购物市场规模不断的扩大，交易额也处于高速增长的阶段。在电子商务的发展过程中，我国网上支付体现出明显的重要性，并成为了整个电子商务交易中的核心环节。但网上支付也成为电子商务的发展瓶颈，第三方支付为网上支付提供了一个可行的实现路径。
 文章分析了第三方支付企业出现的原因及现状，研究了典型的电子商务企业的竞争行为，并运用博弈论深刻剖析了第三方支付企业间的竞争及与银行之间的竞争,得出了第三方支付企业在市场竞争中取胜应采用的相关策略。

Abstract

 With the further spread of Internet technology, the scale of China’s online shopping market continued to expand, and the transactions are in the stage of rapid growth. In the process of e-commerce development, China's online payment reflects the obvious importance and constitutes the core part of the entire e-commerce transactions. But the online payment has become a bottleneck in the development of e-commerce, third-party payment for online payments provide a viable implementation path.
 This paper analyzes the causes of third-party payment companies and current situation, and study the competitive behaviors of a typical enterprise, and use the game theory to analyze the third party payment firms competition and the competition with banks deeply, reached the relevant strategies of third-party payment enterprise who wants to win in the market competition should be adopt.
