范文编号:DZ244 范文字数:16431.页数:22,附开题报告,任务书,外文翻译 摘 要 网络商店是电子商务的一种表现形式,它以其方便快捷、价格低廉的优点被越来越多的消费者所选择。但由于网上交易的匿名性和开放性使得交易双方发生机会主义行为的可能性大大增加。面对如此环境,缺乏信任已经成为电子商务发展的主要障碍,所以如何建立和维持信任,成为目前电子商务领域迫切需要解决的问题。本文首先概述了网络商店的发展现状,然后针对目前网络购物方式中信任度的影响因素做出详细的分析,在总结以往关于网络信任各方面研究的基础上,将信任的目标定位在网络商店,把消费者信任网络商店的影响因素概括为三个方面:质量因素、安全因素和网络环境因素。文章最后结合网络商店的信任度影响因素研究结果, 提出促使消费者信任提升的措施。 关键词:电子商务,网络商店,信任度 Electronic commerce network store is a kind of form, With its convenient and inexpensive advantage EC is more and more consumer choice. Because of the online transactions that anonymity and open the speculative trading likely increase greatly. Facing such environment, a lack of trust has become the major obstacle to the development of electronic commerce, so how to establish and maintain the trust, become the e-commerce field urgent needs to solve problems. This paper summarizes the development situation of network store shopping network, then according to the present in the way of the factors affecting the credibility, makes a detailed analysis of online trust in summarizing various aspects on the basis of the study, the target will trust in the network, the network consumers' trust shop store factors in three aspects: summarize the factor of quality, safety factor and network environment factor. Finally, combined with the factors affecting the network store credibility research results, and puts forward the measures to consumer trust ascension.
