摘  要

 随着我国金融体制改革的不断深化和金融市场竞争的日益激烈，商业银行加快了电子化步伐，以电子支票、银行卡、电子现金等为代表的电子货币已成为人们经济生活的重要组成部分，电子商务、网络银行的出现，更是扩大了电子货币的应用范围，但随之而来的对电子货币风险的防范也显得越来越重要，越来越迫切。  
 网络银行是信息技术飞速发展的产物。随着我国网络用户的增加及金融服务的进步，我国的网络银行业也获得了快速的发展。但是，由于各种内外部原因，我国网络银行业依然处于初级阶段，并且有很多亟需解决的问题，如电子货币带来的风险。本文在对我国网络银行发展历史及现状进行评述的同时，深入分析了其中存在的各种问题，并给出了具有针对性的对策建议。

Abstract

 Along with the financial system reform of our country and financial market competitin, commercial bank accelerates electronic pace.Electronic check,banking card and electronic cash have become the important components of life.The electronic business,network banking will enlarge electronic miney scope more, but keeping away from electronic money risk becomes more and more important, more and more urfent.
 E-bank is a product of the rapidly—developing neteconomy and the activity of finance innovation adapted to the needs of E—business development.China's E-bank has gained rapid development with the increase of Internet users in China and progress in financial services. Howeret,our E-bank is still in its infancy and has many urgent promlems as a variety of internal and external reasons. This network of banks in the history of our country and the situation is reviewed at the same time, in-depth analysis of the problems which exist and gives the targeted Suggestions.
