 电子商务的发展改变了传统买卖双方面对面的交流方式，也打破了旧有的工作经营模式，近年来，以发达国家为先导的全球电子商务高速增长，电子商务在企业管理的变革中扮演着越来越重要的角色，作为一种信息时代国际通行的商务模式，电子商务的深入发展引发了自工业革命以来经济领域一场最广泛、最深刻的变革。
 在企业的管理变革中，电子商务的发展起到了很大的影响作用 ，任何事物都有其两面性，电子商务为企业带来新鲜血液的同时也存在着许多不可忽视的问题 ，因此对于电子商务的现状研究及发展前景，电子商务的发展在企业管理变革中的影响（对企业人力资源管理变革的影响，对企业文化发展的影响，对企业组织变化的影响，下对供应链管理模式的影响，对现代企业管理中的CRM的影响），对现存弊端分析与解决的研究具有一定的应用价值。 为促进企业在信息时代抓住时机，电子商务的理论转化为现实模式的进一步发展，具有很大的现实意义。
 电子商务是依托网络、信息技术开展的商务活动。它不仅改变了传统商业模式，促进了流通方式创新和流通现代化，也推动了经济全球化的发展。加快电子商务发展，对电子商务相关课题的研究对于我国更广泛参与经济全球化，以信息化促进流通现代化，贯彻落实科学发展观具有重要意义。

In enterprise's management transformation, the electronic commerce development very tremendous influence function, anything all had its dual character, electronic commerce brings the fresh blood for the enterprise at the same time also to have many noticeable problems, therefore regarding the electronic commerce research present situation and the prospects for development, the electronic commerce development transforms in the business management the influence (influence which transforms to enterprise human resources management, to enterprise culture development influence, organizes change to enterprise influence, under electronic commerce  environment to supply chain management pattern influence, to in modern business management CRM influence), to extant malpractice analysis and solution research Has certain application value. In order to promote the enterprise to hold the opportunity in the information age, the electronic commerce theory transforms as the realistic pattern further development, has the very big practical significance.
Electronic commerce is depends on the network, the information technology development commercial activity. Not only it changed the tradition business model, promoted the circulation way innovation and the circulation modernization, also impelled the economical globalization development.
