摘  要

数字技术的发展为电视节目制作领域带来了巨大的变革。传统的模拟电视节目制作设备在经历了几代的转变后，已经达到了顶峰，其发展速度也趋于缓慢。现代计算机技术及非线性编辑技术的成熟和数字电视制作技术的高速发展，软硬件的代价相对降低，带动了全国各行业的多媒体制作的数字化进程。多媒体影视教学的制作，同样需要跟随这种形势发展。随着计算机技术的不断发展，大量优质先进的设备进入广播电视领域，原有的播控系统已经突显出它的不足。电视台数字环境中采、编、播、管、存等各业务系统间不仅需要进行物理层面上的互联，更需要各系统间的业务整合。本文结合电视台实际项目的建设，在对电视节目制作系统的分析的基础上，详细介绍了数字电视节目制作的过程和特点，实现功能，具体设计以及设计中需要考虑的关键技术和应用中的问题。

ABSTRACT

Digital technique's development has brought the huge transformation for the television program manufacture domain. The traditional analog television program manufactures the equipment after having experienced several generation of transformations, had already achieved the crest, its development speed also tends to be slow. The modern computer technology and the misalignment edition technology mature and the digital television manufacture technology's high speed development, software and hardware's price reduced relatively, has led the national various professions multimedia manufacture digitized advancements. The multimedia film and television teaching's manufacture, needs to follow this kind of situation develop similarly. Along with computer technology's unceasing development, the massive high quality advanced equipment enter the broadcast television domain, original broadcast controls the system already to underline its insufficiency. In not only the television station digit environment picks, arranges, broadcasts, the tube, to save and so on between various operational channel to need to carry on the physical stratification plane the interconnection, needs service conformity between various systems'. This article unifies the television station actual project the construction, to the television program manufacture system's analysis's foundation, introduced in detail the digital television program manufactures the process and the characteristic, realize the function, in the concrete design as well as the design needs to consider in key technologies and application question.
