摘要

 水是人类赖以生存和发展的重要资源之一，是不可缺少、不可代替的特殊资源。没有水就没有生命，就没有文明的进步、经济的发展和社会的稳定。世界上的水资源是有限的，经济和社会的发展必须与水的供应相适应，不能无限制地采水用水，不能超越水资源的承载能力。当今世界，随着人口的不断增长和经济的不断发展，淡水资源的需求量不断增加；同时，由于不合理的利用，本来短缺的淡水资源日益紧张。
 射频非接触式智能卡在金融，经济等社会领域中起着重要的作用，在国家大力提倡节约型社会的背景下，节水控制器开发的需求应运而生。
 本课题采用单片机控制，设计出能按照时间计费、智能卡显示余额、自动报警的节水控制系统，其意义在于采用公平合理的收费方式，实时显示用户的账户余额以提醒用户的用水量，起到大大增强人们的节水意识，特别对公共场所水资源浪费问题是一个很好的解决方案，从而提高节水力度，以适应我们社会发展的需要，做到水用于所需处，杜绝浪费。

ABSTRACT

 Water is a human survival and development of important resources．Isindispensable，irreplaceable special resources．There is no life，the progress of civilization，the development of economy and the stability of society without water．Water can not be used unlimited and exceeded the capacity of water resources which are limited．the development of economy and society must be adapted to the provison of water．Nowdays．with the growing population and developing economy,freshwater resources are increcing demanded；At the same time．shortage of freshwater resources have become increasingly tense as a result of unreasonable using．
 Wireless IC smart card displaying improtant role in our society espacially in fanance and economy fieled．Now, our city advocates establishing an abstemious society．On this account，the equimen for saving Water merges as the times require．
   Water-saving control systern uses single-chip controled．This system can accomplish many functions，such as accountting in accordance with the time, showing the balance of smart card，alarmming automaticlly and so on；Charges in a fair and reasonable way have important significance．dynamically displaying the user's account balance remind him water consumption，which greatly enhanced people's awareness of water conservation，especially on the issue of waste water in public places is a good solution，thereby enhancing the water-saving efforts in order to adapt to the needs of the development of our society, to achieve the necessary water for the department to eliminate waste．
