通过借鉴国际犯罪被害人救助的实践经验并结合我国犯罪被害人救助的实际状况，强调以物质补偿和精神抚慰为主要内容和基本方式，从犯罪人赔偿、社会救助、国家救助三方面构建我国犯罪被害人救助体系。

On the System of Crime Victim Assistance in China
 Abstract

According to draw lessons from the experiences which the crime victim assistance has been taken in international and the actual state of the crime victim assistance in China. The crime victim assistance in China comforts take the material compensation and the spirit as the primary coverage and the basic mode..We should construct the system of crime victim assistance in our country from the offender restitation ,the social assistance and the national assistance three aspects.
