犯罪学视野下的农民工问题

摘要

中国社会自从改革开放以来,出现了一个迅速崛起的新型群体一一农民工。农民工在为我国国民经济的发展作出很大贡献的同时,却有一个不容回避的事实—农民工现在已经是高犯罪群体之一。他们为我国经济发展作出特殊贡献的同时,由他们滋生出的犯罪问题也成为我国经济发展进程中的伴生物,成为构建和谐社会中不和谐的声音,必须引起全社会的广泛关注。本文首先就我国农民工的定义、特征分析了何谓“农民工”,然后列出了我国农民工犯罪特征及农民工犯罪原因,最后提出了对农民工犯罪防治的一些措施。

Abstract

Since the reform and opening up, the Chinese society has emerged a rapidly rising new group of migrant workers. Migrant workers make great contributions to the development of China's national economy, but there is a fact that can not be avoided - migrant workers are now one of the high crime groups. They make a special contribution to the economic development of our country at the same time, the crime problem spawned from their companion has become China's economic development in the process of construction, become not harmonious sound in the harmonious society, has aroused widespread concern in the whole society. First of all, the definition of migrant workers in China characteristic analysis of the meaning of "migrant workers", then lists the characteristics of migrant workers and migrant workers crime causes of crime in our country, and finally puts forward some measures to prevent the crime of migrant workers.
