摘要

严惩贪污贿赂犯罪，促进廉政建设，是我国一贯坚持的刑事政策和治国方略。随着社会政治、经济等诸方面的发展变化，贪污贿赂犯罪会不断出现新情况、新问题。对此，本文通过对贪污贿赂犯罪的现状和特点的分析，并结合我国的侦查实践，总结归纳出贪污贿赂案件侦查中存在的重点和难点问题，即通过对贿赂中的“一对一”案件，借贷式受贿案件，犯罪嫌疑人订立攻守同盟、翻供翻证、犯罪嫌疑人携款外逃四个方面的分析与探讨，提出相应的侦查对策。同时，在完善我国相关侦查制度建设方面，建议使用秘密侦查、诱惑侦查、技术侦查等手段以加强侦查力度，从而提高查处贪污贿赂案件的效率和质量。

Discusses the investigation of corruption 

and bribery cases   

    Abstract: Punish corruption and bribery, and promoting clean government,China has consistently adhered to the criminal policy andstatecraft. With the development of social, political, economic and otheraspects of change, corruption and bribery will continue to newsituations and new problems. For this, the author via the analysis of the status and characteristics of corruption and bribery,and combined with thepractice of our investigation, summed up the important and difficult problem exists in the investigation of corruption and bribery cases, that is, through the cases of bribery in the "one-on-one" , the borrowertype of bribery cases ,the suspect entered into a conspiracy of silence and retracted Testimony ,the suspect Escaping aboard the four aspects of the analysis and discussion of the countermeasures. At the same time, in the Improvement of the related investigationinstitution building, the use of a secret investigation, the temptation of the investigation, technical investigation and other means tostrengthen the investigative efforts to improve the efficiency and quality of the investigated cases of corruption and bribery.
