 在世界文明史上，罗马法占据着一个独一无二的地位。它是世界古代法制史上一颗璀璨的明珠，给后代以深远的影响。罗马法的发达除了与彼时罗马的社会条件有关外，罗马法学家的功劳也是不容忽视的。在很大程度上讲，罗马法就是罗马法学家的理论和思想铸就的。罗马法学者作为最早的职业法学家，从事法律编撰、法律教育、法学研究活动。他们第一次对法、法律进行区别，对自然法与实体法进行有机结合，对权利、法治等思想进行深刻的论述。罗马法学家的创造性活动对西方法律体系和法治思想无疑产生了卓越的影响，同时也对世界法学的发展产生了深远的影响。

BE SEEN THE FUNCTION AND CONTRIBUTION OF JURIST BY THE STRUCTURE OF ROME METHOD

 On the civilization history of world, method in Rome occupies an one and only position.It is ancient legal system history previous and bright bright pearl in the world and give posterity with the profound influence.When we investigate its result, discover method in Rome of flourishing in addition to having something to do with the social condition of the then Rome, the achievement of jurist in Rome also allows of no to neglect.To a large extent speak, method in Rome is theories and thought of jurist in Rome to cast into.Rome method's scholar's conduct and actions the earliest occupation jurist group, they are engaged in law to edit, the law education, method learn a research, carry on differentiation to the method, law for the first time, carry on the natural method and the entity method organic to combine, to right, rule of law etc. the thought all once carried on deep treatise.The creation of the Rome jurist activity doubtless thoughted to produce outstanding influence to the whole law system and rule of law of west and also produced profound influence to the development that the whole method of world learn in the meantime.
