毛混纺面料平缝缩率探究

摘  要：毛混纺织物在服装中的应用日渐广泛，本文以平缝缩率为切入点，研究影响毛混纺面料缝缩率的影响因素，笔者通过实验和数据分析，研究毛混纺织物平缝缩率与面料厚度的关系，毛混纺织物平缝缩率与面料柔软程度的关系，毛混纺织物平缝缩率与缝纫针距大小的关系，毛混纺织物平缝缩率与缝纫线粗细的关系。希望为毛混纺面料服装的打板与生产提供参考和依据，为提高服装质量提些许参考。

 关键词：毛混纺；厚度；柔软度；缝纫针距；缝纫线

Abstract: The applications of wool blend fabric in the clothing increased in a wide range.This studies use flat seam shrinkage as point of penetration,research on the factors which impact the flat seam shrinkage of wool blend fabric.Through multi-experiments and large data analysis, to found  The pertinence of wool blended fabric's flat seam shrinkage and the fabric thickness,The pertinence of wool blended fabric's flat seam shrinkage and the fabric softness, The pertinence of wool blended fabric's flat seam shrinkage and the length of needle gage,The pertinence of wool blended fabric's flat seam shrinkage  and Thickness of sewing thread. This research can be use on the production of clothing which made by wool blended fabrics, help the producer  improve the quality of this clothing.
