面料组织结构与袖山吃势量的相关探讨

 摘  要：本文主要通过实验研究不同组织结构的棉面料与袖山吃势量之间的关系，此实验主要涉及到不同组织结构的棉面料的袖山吃势量的设定。笔者通过实验得出面料跟袖山吃势量之间定量或定性的关系，希望为制版者在制版过程中提供稳定可靠的参考意见，提高制作样板的准确率和合体度，减少反复修改的时间，节省样板的制作时间，从而提高生产效率。

关键词：袖山；面料；组织结构；造型；相关性
 

Abstract:In this paper, experimental research, mainly through the structure of different cotton fabrics with the ease at the top of sleeves, this experiment mainly related to set the ease at the cap of sleeves from the different structure of the cotton fabrics. Through experiments we can get the relationship between the fabric and the cap of sleeves,in order to provide a stable and reliable advice to the pattern-makers,so it can reduce the time of changes ,improve the accuracy and the degree of syncytial to make a pattern, saving the time of making patterns, thereby enhancing production efficiency.
