ERP在服装企业的应用探究

摘  要：尽管当今纺织服装业仍是我国出口创汇的支柱产业，但我们却发现服装企业在管理中暴露出越来越多的问题，而中小型企业更是普遍存在采购盲目、物料浪费、仓储呆滞等严重影响企业发展的管理弊端。在明确服装行业急需改变管理方法以提高企业竞争力的时代背景下，作者认为选用ERP系统进行管理的企业能更好地适应目前个性化、小批量、短周期、快交货、零库存的敏捷制造时期。本文一方面从介绍ERP概念、功能及其在国内外应用发展现状出发，通过逐个分析现今企业各业务流程中存在的普遍问题以及ERP下问题的解决方式，使人们了解ERP并接受ERP。另一方面，为使ERP更好地服务于服装行业，作者对于业内ERP软件的设置问题也作了一定程度的探究。最终我们将得出ERP是未来服装企业管理发展趋势的结论。

probe into the application of ERP in the Garment enterprise

Abstract：Although Textiles and garment industry is the pillar industry in exporting goods to earn foreign currency, there’re so many problems in modern Chinese Clothing Enterprise Management, and to small and medium enterprises, the procurement is blind, the materials are wasted, and the stock is very blunt. We know we’re in such a background that our garment enterprise should have to change its management urgently. The writer believes that firms use ERP can better adapt to the current personalized, small batch, short cycle, express delivery, zero inventory agile manufacturing period. On the one hand this thesis introduces the concept of ERP, as well as its function and application development in the domestic and international situation. Through case-by-case analysis of Widespread problems exist in modern enterprise business processes, readers would understand and accept ERP. Moreover, in order to make ERP better service to the apparel industry, the author made a certain degree of Inquiry into the setting of ERP software in garment industry. And at last we could get this conclusion that it’s the way of the future to choose ERP to manage Garment Enterprise.
