某宾馆给排水设计

 摘    要
 
 本设计为蓼都宾馆的给水排水工程设计。该宾馆是一座集办公、宾馆为一体的综合性高层建筑，总建筑面积约为18500m2，建筑总高度为49.6 m。该建筑地面十三层，地下一层。地下室设置泵房及贮水池。地上一至三层为大堂、餐厅、会议室等，四至十二层为客房，十三层为电梯机房。
 该建筑给水排水设计包括：给水系统、消防系统、排水系统和热水系统四个部分。生活给水系统采用变频水泵加压供水方式，竖向分为二区供水，均采用下行上给式供水。消防系统由消火栓系统和自动喷洒灭火系统两个独立的系统组成。排水系统采用污、废水分流制。污水经室外化粪池处理后，再与生活废水一起排至城市下水道。各区底层污、废水单独排出，其他层的污、废水从各自的系统排出。卫生间内设有专用通气立管。热水系统采用小型电热水器。

 ABSTRACT
 This paper is about water and wastewater system design of Liao Du Hotel. This building consists of office and hotel. The total area is about 18500 square meters. The high is 49.6 meter. The building has 13 floors and a basement. There are pump room, and reservoir in the basement. The first three floors is office and dinner-room.And from F4 to F12 is the hotel. F13 is elevator barn.
 The water and wastewater design of the building consists of four systems: the water supply system, the fire system, the drainage system and the heating system.The water supply system is vertically divided into two blocks. All the blocks adopt up-feed system.The fire system consists of two independent systems, which are hydrant system and sprinkler system.The drainage system adopts separate system. The domestic wastewater and the domestic sewage disposed by septic-tank discharge into municipal drain. There set a specific vent stack in the toilet. The heating system adopts electric immersion heater.
