一、项目成本控制管理现状及存在的主要问题
(一)、控制成本缺乏长期性和战略性
成本控制战略既应重视过程监控也应要重视结果因为结果是过程监控的最终体现两者不可有所偏倚。但是目前我国大多数建筑施工企业只是重视最终的成本控制目标是否达到轻视甚至根本不考虑控制过程如何实施如何对其进行有效监控。如果没有过程监控项目整个施工过程中得到的有益经验就不能得到有效的总结和推广项目执行过程中出现的问题及其解决办法也得不到很好的总结和吸收这样的做法对以后的成本控制管理根本没有任何作用。
