摘  要

 二十一世纪是知识经济的时代，企业管理也正在由对实物的管理转向对知识的管理。单纯的金融资本或物质资源作为企业生存发展资本的时代已经一去不复返，知识管理已经成为企业崭新的管理模式。如何卓有成效地进行知识管理、如何灵活运用资金流、物流、人才流、知识流已成为现代企业管理亟待解决的重大问题。我国正处在经济快速发展时期，经济发展水平正在接近发达国家。在发达国家知识型企业已成为经济主流, 知识工人已成为最大就业力量的今天, 顺乎世界经济发展潮流, 积极进行企业变革和调整，加快企业知识化进程, 不仅关系到企业的生死存亡, 也关系到国家经济发展的前景。为此我国应大力引进和实施知识管理战略，从管理层面上切实提高我国企业在国际上的竞争力。
本文介绍了知识管理的基本概念和我国知识管理的现状，详细阐述了知识管理的必要性和发展历程，通过对恒基伟业知识管理应用的分析，找出恒基伟业知识管理应用过程中的不足之处，并提出自己的解决方案。最后对知识管理的发展前景作了进一步的展望与思考。

Research on the knowledge management application in Hengji

 Abstract：It is knowledge-based economy ages in 21 centuries. The enterprise management is changing from focusing on real object to knowledge. The days when the enterprise recognized the financial capital or material resource as the pure factor for subsist and development of the enterprise is gone forever. The knowledge management (KM) has emerged as the latest management mode. How to carry out the KM availably, how to master the funds flow、material flow、talented person flow and the knowledge flow skillfully has become an important problem that need to be solved immediately. Our country is on the point of economic development. Our economy is closing to the development level of the developed countries. Those enterprises that pay more attention to knowledge have become the main stream of economy in developed countries. Today, workers who possess more knowledge have become the biggest power of employment. Swimming with the tide of economic development, implementing innovation and adjustment in enterprises, accelerating enterprises to think greatly of knowledge application, is not only relating closely to the fate of enterprises, but also relating to the prospect of the economic development in our country. Therefore, we should introduce and carry out KM strategy energetically, raising our competition ability in the international market.
   In this paper, I introduced the concept of the KM and current condition of the KM. And I elaborated the necessity and the development process. By analyzing the application situation of KM in Hengji, I had found the shortage of the KM application in Hengji and gave myself program for improvement. At last, I gave a more thinking about the future of the KM.
