目标管理在企业管理应用中存在的问题及对策

摘      要
   
    目标管理作为当代管理体系的重要组成部分，是一个古老而又崭新的课题。在市场经济体制的条件下，如何在充分了解目标管理的概念、特征以及实施目标管理的必要性的前提下，针对目标管理应用中存在的问题，来改进实施目标管理的方法、充实目标管理的内容、制定简明合理的目标管理步骤，从而提高企业管理水平和经济效益是企业计划人员不断探求的目标。
 本文从分析为什么要实施目标管理即实施目标管理的必要性出发，从目标管理在企业管理应用中存在的问题入手，并结合深圳市欣星木工机床厂成功制定与实施目标管理的实际情况，来说明目标管理在企业管理应用中的重要性。同时对目标管理方法在企业管应用中存在的问题提出了自己的建议。

Implementation of management by objectives, and improve
 enterprise management

    Abstract:As an important component of contemporary management system, management by objectives is an old and new issue. In a market economy conditions, how to improve the implementation of the objectives of management methods,enriching the content management objectives, the formulation of objectives of management concise reasonable steps thereby improve the enterprise management on the base of a full understanding of the concept of management by objectives, characteristics and objectives of management for the implementation of targeted management are constantly exploring goals for business planners. 
    The text first analysis of the need of the implementation of the management by objectives, from problems of management by objectives in the management of enterprises with the application and integration of Shenzhen Machine Tool Plant successful development and implementation of practical management by objectives, showing the importance of applications of management by objectives in enterprise management. At the same time presented its own proposals on problems of the target application of management practices in enterprise management.
