横琴新区开发建设中多项目管理研究

摘要

ABSTRACT

This paper systematically studies the establishment and application of communication and coordination mechanism among multi-project construction in Hengqin New Area, resolves some main problems faced by multi-project management in the practice of new area construction, and has very important practical significance for improving the economic benefits of new area construction and ensuring that all projects of new area construction are completed on time and in accordance with the quality. At the same time, it fills the gaps in the establishment and application of communication and coordination mechanism between projects in the new district construction at home and abroad. On this basis, this study considers that the effect of multi-project coordination management should be evaluated scientifically, and the evaluation results should be fed back to the process of multi-project coordination management. Through the process of constantly finding problems and optimizing, the level of multi-project management can be improved. In this study, the effect of multi-project coordination management is evaluated by the comprehensive evaluation method of Grey Combination correlation degree, in order to further optimize the efficiency of multi-project coordination management in Hengqin New Area. The purpose of this study is to put forward improvement direction and optimization suggestions for the current multi-project coordination management mechanism of Hengqin New Area, and to provide guidance and basis for the future multi-project coordination management of multi-medium and multi-project construction in Hengqin New Area.
