汇腾速递公司物流问题研究

摘要

近年来，我国的物流行业发展的越来越好，物流业的快速发展同时也推动了我国仓储行业的发展。不过，事物的快速发展必然会有其弊端，仓储行业的发展速度过快出现的问题也直接限制了整个仓储行业的发展。汇腾速递公司制定的方案，是仓储管理优化方案，它可以帮助第三方仓储物流汇腾速递公司提高运营效率，节省存储成本，提高汇腾公司在第三方的仓储和物流快递企业的核心竞争力。

本文以汇腾速递公司作为研究案例，并提出了汇腾速递公司在仓库管理中的问题及相应的优化和改进计划。其目的是使汇腾速递公司仓储经营管理更有效率，提高客户满意度，节省了企业和增加收入的成本。

本文首先采用理论研究的方法来学习和了解当前由学者进行仓储研究的理论和技术。理论研究包括ABC分析，库位管理，仓库布局，从现实出发，对汇腾速递公司的经营现状进行深入研究。并分析了非合理化操作的现象，探索问题的来源和寻找解决方案。改变不合理的现象为研究问题，探索优化方案。

综上所述，本文综合运用了第三方物流，仓储管理等方面的理论，揭示了当前一些方法的缺点，建立了基于ABC库存分类和层次分析法评价模型，为汇腾速递公司仓储管理优化问题解决提供理论依据。

Abstract

In recent years, the development of China's logistics industry is getting better and better. The rapid development of logistics industry also promotes the development of China's warehousing industry. However, the rapid development of things will inevitably have its drawbacks, the rapid development of the warehousing industry has also directly limited the development of the whole industry. The plan formulated by Huiteng Express Company is the optimization scheme of warehousing management. It can help the third party warehousing logistics Huiteng Express Company to improve its operational efficiency, save storage costs, and make the core of the third party warehousing and logistics Huitong Express Company competitive. Real improvement.

This paper takes Huiteng Express Company as a case study, and puts forward the problems in warehouse management of Huiteng Express Company and corresponding optimization and improvement plans. Its purpose is to make the warehousing management of Huiteng Express Company more efficient, improve customer satisfaction, save the cost of enterprises and increase revenue.

Firstly, this paper uses the method of theoretical research to learn and understand the theory and technology of warehousing research currently carried out by scholars. Theoretical research includes ABC analysis, warehouse location management, warehouse layout. Starting from reality, this paper makes an in-depth study of the operation status of Huiteng Express Company. The phenomenon of unreasonable operation is analyzed, and the source of the problem and the solution are explored. To change the unreasonable phenomena, we should study the problem and explore the optimization scheme.

In summary, this paper comprehensively uses the theory of third party logistics and warehousing management, reveals the shortcomings of some current methods, and establishes an evaluation model based on ABC inventory classification and AHP, which provides theoretical basis for solving the optimization problem of warehousing management of Huiteng Express Company.
