正中集团物业服务研究

物业服务行业作为我国服务业组成的一个重点行业，它事关人民生活质量和就业容量，在促进经济发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。随着人均可支配收入的提高，人们对服务的要求也与之俱增，物业服务企业在维持传统物业服务的基础上对服务不断优化，才能满足人们日益增长的服务需求，同时在快速发展的社会大环境下，认清我国物业服务发展的大方向，找出其中存在的问题，寻找改善措施，有利于我国物业服务的更快一步发展。本文根据我国物业服务行业目前的发展状况与前景，分析了物业服务发展中存在的机遇以及未来物业需要什么样的服务，以正中集团为例，对于正中集团目前的物业服务现状进行了阐述，分析了其发展过程中存在的问题，对于企业在未来的发展中应该进行怎样的改革提出了相关的建议对策。

ABSTRACT

As a key industry of the national service industry, the property service industry is related to the quality of people's livelihood and employment capacity and plays an increasingly important role in promoting economic development.  With the continuous improvement of people's living standards, the demand for property services is also getting higher and higher. Only by continuously optimizing services can property service enterprises meet the increasing demand for services. At the same time, in the fast-developing social environment, it is beneficial to the further development of property services in our country to recognize the development direction of property services in our country, find out the existing problems and find out improvement measures.  According to the current development situation and prospect of China's property service industry, this paper analyzes the opportunities and development direction of property service in the future. taking zhengzhong group as an example, this paper expounds the current situation of zhengzhong group's property service, analyzes the problems existing in its development process, and puts forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures for the reform of enterprises in the future development.
