摘 要

俄罗斯地区位于北温带及亚寒带的大陆性气候区，各地气候差异十分明显，这在一定程度上制约了俄罗斯地区的农业发展，并且在俄罗斯大部分地区。务农业的人口极度缺少，再加上俄罗斯对农产品又采取了粗放式的经营模式，这样的方式更是让俄罗斯人民日常的农产品需求加大，而供给却很少。而我国黑龙江省处于温带地区，农业资源丰富，种类齐全，劳动力资源充足，并且拥有与俄罗斯接壤的优越地理位置，为我国向俄罗斯农产品的出口提供了巨大的便利。但是，与此同时，也存在着一些我们不得不面对的问题，如:出口的各项规定不尽合理、部分产品的品质出现问题、农产品的出口有着明显的规模小、品质低等问题。而且互联网信息传递较慢，并且更新不及时，滞后性频繁出现，也缺乏农业专业人才等，因此，在高度了解了黑龙江省出口俄罗斯农业产品上的较高竞争力和存在的十分明显的问题，且进行相应有效的措施，这是有着十分的必要性的，也是十分重要的。这样不仅可以将黑龙江省对俄的出口贸易规模扩大，还可以提升黑龙江省出口贸易的巨大发展空间，也便于日后与俄罗斯的贸易往来。本文章也是将黑龙江省对俄贸易为主要的讨论对象，并且了解了目前国内外知名相关文献以及多名学生上传的多篇知名文章，将目前黑龙江省对俄贸易的发展和问题进行了全面解析，全面的讲解了在目前的国际大环境下，黑龙江省如今面临的各种机遇和巨大风险，并且根据相关的理论知识，找到切实可行的解决措施，提高对俄农产品的出口贸易规模及农产品品质等问题，进而真正的实现黑龙江省对俄农产品出口贸易的大规模发展。

Abstract

Russia is located in the continental climate zone of the north temperate zone and sub-cold zone, and the climate difference is very obvious, which restricts the development of agriculture in Russia to a certain extent, and the shortage of agricultural labor force in Russia and the extensive management mode of agricultural products make the agricultural products needed in people's daily life even more scarce. Heilongjiang Province in China is located in temperate zone, with abundant agricultural resources, complete types, abundant labor resources, and has an advantageous geographical location bordering Russia, which provides great convenience for China's export of agricultural products to Russia. However, at the same time, there are some problems we have to face, such as the irrational export structure, the low quality of agricultural products, the small export scale of agricultural products, the poor information on agricultural exports, the lack of agricultural professionals and so on. Therefore, it is necessary to deeply recognize the competitiveness and problems of Heilongjiang's agricultural exports to Russia and take corresponding countermeasures and measures. This will not only expand the scale of Heilongjiang's agricultural exports to Russia, but also help Heilongjiang's agricultural exports to Russia to develop in an all-round way. This paper takes the development of Heilongjiang's agricultural export trade to Russia as the research object, combines the relevant research results at home and abroad and the relevant knowledge of international economy and trade, first comprehensively analyses the current situation of Heilongjiang's agricultural export trade to Russia, and concretely illustrates the many opportunities and opportunities Heilongjiang's agricultural export trade to Russia under the fierce international competition environment.
