随着世界经济一体化进程和知识经济时代的到来，企业作为经济发展的风向标，受到外部经济环境的极大影响。市场竞争越来越激烈，人力资源已成为企业管理的主要资源。在本文中，作者对昆明新亚房地产有限公司的现状和公司目前的人力资源管理方法进行了深入分析。在分析公司人力资源状况的基础上，找出了昆明新亚房地产有限公司激励的主要问题。这些问题对昆明新亚房地产有限公司整体快速发展产生了很大的负面影响，影响了当前企业的改革，是急待解决的问题。然后从四个方面提出了对策。

ABSTRACT

With the process of world economic integration and the advent of knowledge economy era, enterprises, as the vane of economic development, are greatly affected by the external economic environment. With the increasingly fierce market competition, human resources have become the main resources of enterprise management. In this paper, the author makes an in-depth analysis of the current situation of Kunming Xinya Real Estate Co., Ltd. and the company's current human resources management methods. Based on the analysis of the company's human resources situation, the main problems of the incentive of Kunming Xinya Real Estate Co., Ltd. are found out. These problems have a great negative impact on the overall rapid development of Kunming Xinya Real Estate Co., Ltd. and affect the current enterprise reform, which is an urgent problem to be solved. Then it puts forward countermeasures from four aspects.
