新经济体制下地方旅游行业的运营管理模式的分析与研究——以永德县为例

伴随着云南当地旅游业在新经济体制下的不断发展，在云南旅行社的规模不断扩大，是进入21世纪以来，为了与各地旅行社相适应，很多旅行社都采取收购内部重新组合等方法来建立公司，从而建设自身的旅游代理机。很多以旅游业为主的城市，也已经被很多大型旅行商所占领。而对于永德县旅游业而言长期处于这种市场背景下，大部分旅行社经营利润都比较低，所以永德县在如此竞争激烈的环境下取得优势就成了现在的重中之重，因而本文便以永德县为例，基于新经济体制背景，对永德县当地旅游业的运营模式现状进行分析，并找出永德县当地旅游业运营模式面临的问题，提出可行建议，以达到促进永德县当地旅游业在新经济体制下纵向发展的目的。

Abstract

With the continuous development of local tourism in Yunnan under the new economic system, the number of local travel agencies in Yunnan is increasing. Especially after joining WTO, in order to actively integrate with other regional travel agencies, large travel agencies set up tourism groups through mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and other means, and began to establish their own agency system. Large-scale travelers also penetrate into hot tourist cities to carry out tourism business. For Yongde County, tourism industry has been in such a market background for a long time, and almost all of them are in a "slight profit" or "no benefit" state of operation. Therefore, how to survive and develop in the complex and changeable business environment of Yongde County has become an urgent problem to be solved. To analyze the current situation of Yongde County's local tourism operation mode, and to find out the problems faced by Yongde County's local tourism operation mode.
