中南传媒存货管理研究

摘  要

在市场经济发展越来越快的同时，改革也没有停止，也向着好的方向在进步，这在我国的出版行业就有很明显的体现。由于改革的深入，出版行业对外销售的图书也在逐渐增加，这给企业带来了丰厚的利润。但是另一方面也给出版行业带来了不利的影响，那就是增加销售量的同时要生产更多的图书，使企业加大库存，增加成本。企业要想获得成功，就得解决控制存货和提升企业的竞争力这两方面问题。出版行业受存货影响大，企业应当更大程度的关注出版行业的存货，及时将多余的存货进行处理，这样能为企业节约成本，增加盈利，也符合当代社会的发展需求，对增强企业竞争力很有利。

Abstract

With the rapid development of the market economy, the reform has not stopped and is progressing in a good direction. For example, it is obvious in the publishing industry in China. Due to the deepening of the reform, the publishing industry has been gradually increasing the number of books sold abroad, which has brought huge profits to enterprises. But on the other hand, it also brings a negative impact on the publishing industry, which is to produce more books while increasing sales volume, increase inventory for enterprises and increase costs. In order to be successful, enterprises must solve the two problems of controlling inventory and improving the competitiveness of enterprises. As the publishing industry is greatly affected by inventory, enterprises should pay more attention to the inventory of the publishing industry. The surplus inventory should be dealt with in a timely manner, which can save costs and increase profits for the enterprise and also meet the development needs of the contemporary society, which is beneficial to enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprise.
