XCLW54011 我国餐饮企业人员流失问题探讨 (4) (字数:7648) 中文摘要 随着居民生活水平的不断增强,居民对于餐饮的需求变得更加多样化,越累越多的社会个体与集体开始涉足餐饮行业,餐饮企业的数量得到了明显的带动。纵观现阶段餐饮企业的发展情况,餐饮企业的人力资源管理能力比较有限,人员流失率高、人员流动速度快、员工队伍不稳定等方面的问题,已是餐饮企业普遍存在的现象,人员流失致使餐饮企业整体发展水平呈现出了下降的趋势,经营前景十分令人担忧。如何有效环节人员流失情况,是当前餐饮企业迫切需要解决的问题。基于此,文章准备以我国餐饮企业人员流失问题探讨为选题,从餐饮企业人员流失现状入手,探寻餐饮企业出现人员流失的原因,进而提出解决餐饮企业人员流失现象的策略。希望通过本文的研究能够为餐饮企业在强化人力资源管理水平时有所裨益。 关键词:餐饮企业;人员流失;原因;策略 Abstract With the continuous improvement of residents'living standards, residents' demand for food and beverage has become more diversified. More and more social individuals and collectives begin to enter the catering industry, and the number of catering enterprises has been significantly driven. Throughout the development of catering enterprises at this stage, the human resource management ability of catering enterprises is relatively limited, and the problems of high turnover rate, fast turnover rate and unstable staff ranks have become a common phenomenon in catering enterprises. The staff turnover has led to a decline in the overall development level of catering enterprises. Trends, business prospects are very worrying. How to effectively link the loss of personnel is an urgent problem for catering enterprises to solve. Based on this, the article intends to discuss the problem of staff turnover in catering enterprises in China, starting from the current situation of staff turnover in catering enterprises, to explore the causes of staff turnover in catering enterprises, and then put forward strategies to solve the phenomenon of staff turnover in catering enterprises. It is hoped that this study will be helpful for catering enterprises in strengthening the level of human resources management.
