范文编号:GS2395 范文字数:11614,页数:17 宁波家族企业继任问题研究 [摘 要]随着改革开放的日益深入,经济全球化的不断扩展、市场经济体制的不断成熟、政治体制改革的不断深化,并在深层次上影响着企业的经营形式。本文要研究的是在中国乃至世界有着悠久历史的家族企业在企业、家庭和所有权组成的复杂体系下,如何看待家族企业成长与发展过程中必须面对的重要问题——继任问题.。结合国内外相关理论,从家族企业的成长周期角度出发来分析创业者和继任者的继任衔接和过渡,并针对宁波家族企业为考证对象,通过实证分析就其继任模式、继承人的选择以及企业继任中存在问题分析的基础上,研究提出加强和改进家族企业继任问题的对策性建议。 [Abstract]Which deeply influence the management way of enterprise is that the development of reforming and opening, the continuously expansion of economic globalization, constantly maturity of market economy system, the deepening reform of politic system. This paper studies how to deal with important and continues problems during the developing process of family enterprise, which is under the complex system made up with company, family and owning authority. With some relevant studies home and abroad, from view of development period of family enterprise, we analyze the succession and transition of successors. We choose family enterprise as our study object, and analyze the problem of inherit way, choose of inheritor and inherit of enterprise.
