XCLW49764 综合型控股集团公司培训体系研究 (字数:12376) 中文摘要 人力资本对企业竞争力的作用己毋庸置疑,随着经济的发展与社会的进步,中国企业在竞争中面临着前所未有的压力,越来越多的企业认识到,企业要生存发展,就必须重视员工的教育和培训。胜任力理论的提出就是强调对管理人员潜在特质的测评与培养,基于胜任力的人力资源培训工作更加注重开发管理人员的内隐、潜在特质,基于胜任力的培训优化方案,可以最大限度的挖掘受训者的潜能,并弥补其先天的不足,培养管理人员在组织中的创新意识和主人翁意识,提升管理人员的工作效率与工作热情,进而提升组织的执行效率和经济效益,以达到适应时代发展需求的目的。本文从企业培训的概念和特征入手,分析企业实施培训的重要性,然后以启迪控股股份有限公司(以下称为启迪控股)为例,通过分析该公司培训的现状以及存在的问题,为启迪控股构建更为完善的培训体系。 关键词:启迪控股;员工;培训; Abstract There is no doubt that human capital plays an important role in the competitiveness of enterprises.
