摘要

在现代化发展过程中，越来越多的企业开始注重公司内部人才的培养和发展，其中一个重要的项目就是进行大学生培训，从各大高校中招聘高素质人才，并通过培训将其培养成为对企业具有高忠诚度、高归属感和自豪感的核心人才。本文采用了文献法和访谈法对TK公司青苗计划进行研究分析，通过对TK公司青苗计划相关文件的查阅以及参与人员的访谈，了解了TK公司青苗计划的实施现状，分析了青苗计划实施过程中存在的问题和产生问题的原因，并从培训需求分析、培训规划的制定、培训实施过程的管控以及培训效果的评估等四个方面提出了相应的优化建议，这对TK公司完善新员工培训具有一定的现实意义。

ABSTRACT

In the process of modernization, more and more enterprises have begun to pay attention to the cultivation and development of talents within the company and started to carry out university student training programs.
