A集团企业文化建设问题研究

摘  要

企业文化是一个企业在发展过程中逐步形成的并受到企业成员接受的行为准则和价值观念，价值观是企业文化的核心。本文主通过上网查阅相关资料和书籍了解A企业概况及其企业文化，A企业文化中狼性文化最为突出。本文又针对A企业的企业文化进行分析和研究，发现企业文化中出现的问题并提出相关的解决方案，希望能提高A企业的文化对全球的影响力。通过本文对A企业文化的研究，望能推进国内企业的发展之路及为它们的企业文化建设提供理论基础。

Abstract

Corporate culture mainly describes the corporate values, staff management norms and behavior patterns gradually formed in the development process of an enterprise and accepted by its members. The core of corporate culture is values. huawei's corporate culture has a profound impact on the development of the society, and Wolf culture is the most prominent aspect. However, there are also problems in huawei's corporate culture, which need to be discussed and solved together. This paper aims to understand the corporate culture of huawei by consulting relevant materials and books on the Internet, analyze and study the corporate culture of huawei, and put forward relevant solutions, hoping to improve the influence of huawei's corporate culture on the world. Under the guidance of huawei's corporate culture, the development path of many domestic enterprises can be promoted and used for reference.
