摘  要 

我国的国土面积广大，幅员辽阔。正是在这种情况下，我国的人口数量也是非常多的，导致我国的民族种类也很多。每个地区的每个民族之间的经济发展还有文化特点都非常的不同。因此正是因为地区经济发展的不平衡和文化的差异，对部分地区的档案服务业也有影响，在工作的过程中最重要的就是档案的质量。一个企业的发展是由很多部分组成的，其中就包括企业的文化氛围。现在我国的经济发展迅速，人们的生活水平也在不断的提高，人们对生活的态度也发生了翻天覆地的改变。企业的工作人员的工作积极性也受到企业内部文化影响的。所以一个企业的管理当中，文化建设是非常重要的。工作环境极其好的企业，那么它的文化氛围也是相当好的。这样许多的顾客和商家也会因为一个企业文化被吸引，在这样的情况下，既有利于优秀人才的引进，也有利于提高工作人员的综合素质。树立正确的核心价值观，让企业的核心竞争力在市场中全面的提高。

Abstract

China has a huge land area and a large number of ethnic groups. Because of the economic development and cultural differences between regions, the development of the file service industry will also be affected by the regional economic and cultural differences. There are many problems in the process of carrying out the work. The first is the uneven quality of the file management work. But it has to be said that the cultural atmosphere of the enterprise plays an important role in the development of the whole enterprise. And in today's rapid economic development, people's attitude towards life has changed. The world is bustling, all for profit. If the internal culture of the enterprise is messy, the enthusiasm of enterprise staff and the transparency of enterprise work will be affected. Therefore, the work of corporate culture construction is very important for the management of the enterprise. The working environment of the enterprise with strong cultural atmosphere is relatively harmonious and stable, and the whole work link will be more orderly. In fact, a good corporate culture can also attract talents to a certain extent, which is conducive to better introduction of talents and building a high-quality talent system. By improving the cultural construction of enterprises, the core values of enterprises can also be reflected, and the core competitiveness of enterprises will also be improved.
