摘要

腾讯公司是我国互联网行业的巨头之一，其快速成长与发展规模都是互联网业界的传奇，因此对腾讯公司的战略研究是具有很大意义的。本文旨在对腾讯公司的多元化战略进行探究，通过分析其内部外部环境，采用PEST分析，波特“五力“分析，结合腾讯公司自身，通过科学、系统的战略分析方法对腾讯公司目前多元战略的实施进行剖析，紧紧围绕多元这一核心，科学展开对腾讯公司多元化战略的探究。合理分析了腾讯公司实施该战略体系对腾讯公司的发展的影响利弊，并提出可行性建议的可行性，优缺点，为其它互联网公司提供参考性。

Abstract

As one of the Internet giants in China, Tencent has become a legend in Chinese Internet industry for its super rapid growth and large development scale. Therefore, it is of great significance to study the strategy of Tencent. The purpose of the study is to explore the corporate diversification strategy of Tencent, through the analysis of its internal and external environment by the PEST analysis and Porter analysis methods. Then combined with Tencent company itself, through scientific and systematic strategy analysis methods analyze corporate diversification strategy of Tencent. This paper reasonably analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Tencent's implementation strategy system on its development, and puts forward feasible Suggestions, advantages and disadvantages to provide reference for other Internet companies.
