摘  要

国美是我国一家典型的家电零售企业，依靠其独有的资金优势和营销策略，在传统的家电零售业中占据很大的市场。随着科学技术的发展，互联网零售业异军突起，增长速度惊人，传统的零售企业在不断谋求新的发展，“新零售”成为转型发展的新选择。国美紧跟时代步伐，及时调整方针战略，将传统零售与线上零售相结合，进行转型升级，并于2017年6月12日，正式更名为国美零售。本文以国美转型为研究基础，探讨国美转型的优势、威胁以及转型对策，从而为我国其他零售企业转型提供经验。

Abstract

Since the 80 s, China's home appliance chains has entered a state of rapid development, gome is a typical home appliance retail enterprises in our country, relying on its unique advantages and marketing strategies, in traditional home appliance retail industry occupies a large market.Now with the development of Internet technology, traditional retail enterprises pursue new development. Under the condition of network popularization, "new retail" has become a new way for the development of traditional enterprises. Gome keeps abreast of The Times, adjusts its policy and strategy in a timely manner, combines traditional retailing with online retailing, develops new retail for transformation, and on June 12, 2017, gome was renamed gome retail.
