企业文化的研究

摘 要

本文通过对企业文化的分析，指出企业在发展各阶段选择企业文化模式的策略。在全球经济一体化的今天，企业不仅要在本土与本国企业竞争，还要走向国际市场，参与国际竞争，企业真正的竞争优势在于快速开发适销对路的新产品，灵活把握稍纵即逝的市场机会，只有通过构建学习型组织，提高组织的知识水平，才能提升企业的核心能力。企业文化的兴起是现代企业管理发展的一个新里程，是管理思想的一次革命。企业文化就是决策层意志和行为在企业管理实际中和员工认识中的投影。构建健康有效的企业文化模式，对于加快企业发展，提升核心竞争力能起到促进和推动作用，具有重要的现实意义。

Abstract

Based on the analysis of enterprise culture, this paper points out the strategy of choosing enterprise culture mode in each stage of development. In today's global economic integration, enterprises not only to compete in local and domestic enterprises, but also to the international market, participate in international competition, the enterprise real competitive advantage lies in the development of new products marketable, flexible grasp transient market opportunity, only through the construction of a learning organization, to improve the organization's knowledge level, to enhance the core the ability of the enterprise. The rise of corporate culture is a new milestone in the development of modern enterprise management and a revolution in management thought. Corporate culture is the projection of the will and behavior of decision makers in the practice of enterprise management and the understanding of employees. The construction of a healthy and effective corporate culture model plays an important role in accelerating the development of enterprises and promoting the core competitiveness.
