XCLW19497 浅谈浙江巨人控股有限公司的“稻盛和夫”经营之道 (字数:6023) 摘要 稻盛和夫是日本著名的企业家,在企业的经营与管理中,建立了独树一帜的经营伦理思想体系,用于规划企业的发展战略及指导企业具体实践,不仅创下了经营奇迹,而且在多变的市场风云中,企业一直处于创新与稳定发展的态势。稻盛和夫创建的“稻盛和夫”经营管理模式通过进行单位时间核算和实现全员参与,显著促进了企业核心竞争力的提升。稻盛和夫经营伦理思想的核心理念便是“单纯”,但在其“单纯”的经营伦理思想里却涵盖了博大精深的东方文化精髓。现阶段,国内日益复杂的商业竞争环境使得中国企业有意识的去借鉴“稻盛和夫”经营模式的理念和做法,并结合自身的实际情况,探索构建适于自身发展的优越企业管理模式。迄今,已有一些中国企业在内部推行“稻盛和夫”经营模式后,企业的经营成果有明显改观,并且形成了良好的全员参与经营管理的氛围和内部竞争意识,公司管理体系大为改观。因此本文以浙江巨人控股有限公司为例,对其公司“稻盛和夫”经营之道进行深入的分析。 关键词:稻盛和夫;经营管理;“稻盛和夫” Abstract Kazuo Inamori is a famous entrepreneur in Japan.
