浅谈温州中小企业存在的融资问题及对策研究

摘 要

融资即是一个企业的资金筹集的行为，也是理财行为。由于受多方面因素影响，中小民营企业融资难问题，已成为制约中小民营企业发展的“瓶颈”，严重影响了企业生存和发展。温州地区是我国中小企业集中的地方，其经济发展模式是典型的民营经济，由于民营中小企业的融资需求得不到正规金融的满足,使得中小企业的发展很大程度上依赖民间融资。但由于缺乏法律和制度上的规范，目前温州中小企业大范围出现资金链断裂导致企业破产的情况，引起了社会的广泛关注。这种情况仅是我国中小企业的一个缩影。本文是以现阶段温州中小企业融资现状为研究背景，以温州中小企业民间融资为切入点，针对温州中小民营企业融资渠道窄、融资成本高的现状和民间借贷比例高的特点，通过对温州中小企业融资的外部环境和内部环境分析，试图找出温州中小企业融资难的成因。进而从完善外部融资环境和提升企业自身融资能力等方面提出破解中小企业融资难的措施。希望对我国中小企业融资活动有所指导意义。

Abstract

Financing is an enterprise's fund raising behavior and a financial behavior as well. Due to various factors, small and medium-sized private enterprises are suffering from financing issues, which has become the bottleneck to plague the development of small and medium-sized private enterprises (SMEs) and seriously affected their survival and development. Wenzhou is a place where there are many SMEs mainly run by private business. It is because their financing needs cannot be satisfied at the access to formal financial that to a large extent they have to turn to private financing. It has attracted the attention of the whole society: the lack of legal and institutional norms results in a wide range of capital chain rupture, which leads to the bankruptcy of the enterprises. This kind of situation is only an epitome of SMEs in our country. This paper presents financing status on the background of SMEs in Wenzhou, regards their private financing as the entry point, takes into consideration of the narrow financing channels, high financing cost and private loan ratio. Meanwhile, it analyzes the external and internal financing environment, trying to find out the causes of financing issues of SMEs in Wenzhou ,thus to put forward the measures to all these issues by perfecting external financing environment and promoting enterprises’ own financing abilities. I Hope this paper will be somewhat Instructive to the financing activities of SMEs in our country.
