浅论精益生产方式下的柔性生产模式

摘  要
                   
 随着科学技术的进步,生产力的发展,消费者对产品的需求日趋个性化和多样化,因此企业的生产方式正从传统的大批量生产朝着多品种小批量生产方向调整,按传统的大批量生产方式来生产多品种小批量产品必将使得产品的成本增加,生产周期拉长.如何在多品种小批量的生产方式下降低生产成本,缩短生产周期正式当今世界各国都在致力于研究的一个重要课题.各国专家提出各种解决方案,其中“精益生产”方式是一个比较优秀的方案。但是精益生产方式在实施过程中也存在不少问题，其中精益生产方式下的柔性生产值得我们研究。

Abstract

 With the development of technology and science, customer’s needs are going to be personally and verity. The production model has altered from mass production to today’s agile manufacturing. The traditional mass production system cause high cost, long production circle. How could we reduce cost and short the production circle under the background of lots kind of products? In many countries, manufacturing experts carry out many models, the “lean production” is a good methods. However, several problems are needed to solve in everyday operation. The agile manufacturing under the background of lean production is an object that we should research carefully.
