一、引言
薪酬问题是我国各个企业管理中重要研究对象对于民营企业而言更为重要。不同于国有企业,民营企业薪酬制度很大程度上受到企业效益影响,而缺失合理薪酬制度的民营企业难以获得理想收益,因此企业恶性发展,面临倒闭风险。科学的薪酬制度能够为企业留住员工,提高员工满意度,增加企业收益,反之则会打击员工积极性,造成人员流失,企业经营受阻。本文分析民营企业薪酬制度现状后,从如何完善企业薪酬管理来促进企业发展的角度展开研究,旨在为促进民营企业经济提升做出贡献。
