前 言
企业文化渗透于企业的一切活动之中:它是一种文化现象,价值观、哲学思想和行为准则等均表现为企业独有的文化心态和氛围;它又是一种管理理念,即肯定人的主观能动性,以企业文化引导为手段,激发员工的自觉行为。因此,企业文化是以管理为目的的文化和文化为载体的管理理论的有机结合,是企业的灵魂所在。
